Job Summary:

What You’ll Do:

• Stay active– Pick, pack, ship, and stock orders with precision
• Keep things moving– Unload shipments & replenish inventory fast
• Own your space– Keep the warehouse clean, organized & efficient
• Work independently– We trust you to get the job done right
• Adapt & learn– Training provided, including equipment certification

Essential Job Functions:

• Accurately pick and pack merchandiseaccording to order details
• Unload and inspect shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Restock inventory bins quicklyto keep operations running smoothly
• Attach correct paperworkto shipments and verify order accuracy
• Prepare shipping labelsand process orders using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
• Perform quality inspectionsto ensure product counts and packaging are correct
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkersto resolve warehouse issues efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment safely(training & certification provided!)
• Assist in other warehouse departmentsas needed, including embroidery and screen printing
• Maintain warehouse securityby keeping inventory secure and work areas locked when necessary
• Be ready for overtime!Mandatory OT may be required during peak seasons
