Responsibilities

• Pull, prep, and scan video equipment for upcoming jobs
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
• Inspect, test, and process returned equipment
• Support technicians with gear prep and staging

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in AV, live video production, or inventory coordination
• Basic working knowledge of LED video systems, switchers, converters, and monitors
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with inventory or asset management software
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Physical work including standing, lifting, and moving equipment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, High-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work on events during any periods as necessary to ensure successful results, training of personnel, and support of client relationships
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
