Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary architect of Snyk’s go-to-market machine, blending long-term strategic design with hands-on operational execution.
  • Institutionalize data rigor and transform complex initiatives into measurable commercial outcomes, including lead-to-revenue optimization and tech stack harmony.
  • Partner deeply with Sales, Product, and Finance to harmonize our GTM tech stack and refine performance attribution models.
  • Drive mission-critical programs from conceptual vision to global rollout, defining roadmaps and making high-level infrastructure decisions.
  • Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks by designing scalable systems that prevent friction before it happens.
  • Translate stakeholder pain points into scalable solutions that improve overall team performance through innovation.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience leading and scaling Marketing Operations teams in fast-paced, technically sophisticated environments.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership with a proven track record of managing high-performing MOps functions.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, reporting platforms, and complex marketing infrastructure ecosystem
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to architect resolution paths for identified tech gaps and visualize complex data.
  • A systems-thinking mindset that balances high-level strategy with relentless operational execution.
  • A commitment to culture , championing transparency, collaboration, and a bias for action.

  • Have hands-on experience navigating the intersection of AI/LLMs and GTM automation .
