Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year marketing strategy aligned with PreBorn!’s mission, theological convictions, and organizational priorities.
  • Drive audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across all channels to expand PreBorn!'s national reach and influence.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish clear marketing goals, KPIs, and dashboards, reporting regularly to executive leadership and the Board as appropriate.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and the EVP on marketing trends, audience insights, and brand positioning.
  • Provide executive leadership over all marketing functions, including brand, messaging, content strategy, digital marketing, media, creative, and communications.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in PreBorn!'s voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all platforms and audiences.
  • Oversee development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support organizational initiatives, program expansion, and national visibility.
  • Champion innovation in marketing platforms, data analytics, and performance measurement to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts clearly communicate gospel-centered values and life-saving impact.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all ministry events, including conferences, tours, donor events, and experiential gatherings.
  • Ensure events are mission-aligned, financially responsible, and designed to drive engagement, revenue, and long-term relationships.
  • Evaluate event portfolio performance and guide decisions around scaling, optimizing, or sunsetting events.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events are effectively integrated into broader marketing and communications strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders across Marketing and Events, fostering a Christ-centered, high-performance culture.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and servant leadership across teams.
  • Ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations to support organizational growth and staff development.
  • Oversee marketing and events budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis to ensure responsible stewardship of ministry resources.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align marketing investments with organizational priorities and outcomes.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and data infrastructure effectively support marketing objectives and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, preferably within a large nonprofit, ministry, or faith-based organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies and teams
  • Strong background in brand development, digital marketing, content strategy, and audience analytics
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and boards
