Job Summary

Own Cadent's marketing engine by aligning strategy with revenue goals and driving integrated programs across brand, demand, events, and analytics to generate pipeline and enable a high-performing team.

  • Manage Cadent’s national and local event presence including uncovering opportunities and planning for the year and executing events and experiences for the Cadent brand with precision ensuring an amazing brand presence.
  • Handle all logistics including branding, sponsorship details and contracting, promotion and liaise with GTM team to ensure attendance and client/prospect interaction opportunities.

  • Brand & Positioning
  • Define and evolve Cadent’s brand messaging to clearly communicate our value proposition to marketers, agencies, publishers, and tech partners.

  • Event Marketing
  • Manage Cadent’s national and local event presence including uncovering opportunities and planning for the year and executing events and experiences for the Cadent brand with precision ensuring an amazing brand presence.
  • Handle all logistics including branding, sponsorship details and contracting, promotion and liaise with GTM team to ensure attendance and client/prospect interaction opportunities.
  • Oversee paid media, content syndication, email, ABM, and partner marketing strategies.
  • Own and scale lead generation programs that convert into qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Optimize campaign performance using metrics such as MQL to SQL conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
  • Use data to measure marketing effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
  • Build marketing dashboards and attribution models to report on KPIs.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a management role within AdTech.
  • Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and generating pipeline in a technical, complex sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, media buying cycles, and advertising technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing performance and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor high-impact marketing teams.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
