Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of marketing enablement initiatives that support sales teams in achieving their targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as the strategic connector between marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to socialize content.
  • Develop and manage marketing enablement reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights on program effectiveness and pipeline impact.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, optimize processes, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Leverage enablement platforms and partner with the sales enablement team for scalable content distribution (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic).
  • Stay current with industry trends to innovate and elevate enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 10 years in marketing.
  • 8+ years in sales enablement, marketing operations, or related roles in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of leading enablement initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, and Seismic.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Process oriented with ability to strategize and lead implementation.
  • Willingness to travel for business as required.

Preferred

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing teams and developing talent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
