• build scrappy growth experiments, create and launch systems like referral loops, affiliate structures, tracking frameworks, landing flows, and automation without relying on paid tools or big spend.
• think of it as mapping new routes to travelers that no one else sees yet.
• comfortable working directly in tools, setting up tracking, wiring integrations, and shipping experiments quickly.
• work closely with the founders, have real autonomy, and see your impact immediately.
