Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of experiential projects and client relationships, ensuring strong delivery, client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of clients, setting vision, KPIs, and success frameworks
  • Oversee experiential strategy while collaborating with peers to develop integrated campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior clients, providing ongoing strategic counsel and identifying long-term growth opportunities
  • Lead new business efforts, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and scoping in partnership with senior leadership
  • Develop experiential concepts and provide strategic/creative direction to elevate team output
  • Own the measurement framework for programs across your portfolio
  • Operate as executive producer on 5-10 programs at any given time
  • Develop mastery of SGPR's financial systems, owning scoping, staffing models, and margin management
  • Oversee account performance against budgets and staffing plans
  • Help determine growth needs and hiring plans with the manager and hiring team
  • Partner with Department Head to understand team capacity and allocate staff to projects
  • Manage and develop experiential talent, providing mentorship and growth paths
  • Lead performance management processes and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experiential marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Negotiating contracts, creating and managing successful experiential programs
  • Strong network of production partners, vendors, venues, and media relationships
  • Experience across strategy, creative, production, and client service
  • Based in Los Angeles with hybrid schedule (LA office two days per week)
  • Ability to lead a portfolio of experiential projects and client relationships
  • Executive-level communication and strategic counsel to clients

Preferred

  • Experience - Minimum of 10+ years of experiential marketing experience (agency or in-house) including negotiating contracts and managing programs
  • Strong network of production partners, vendors, venues, and media relationships
  • Ability to lead across strategy, creative, production, and client service
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop experiential programs that achieve client goals and KPIs
