Own full funnel demand generation with clear pipeline targets across film, streaming, events, and B2B services, while balancing hands-on execution with foundational team-building in a highly specialized entertainment market.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Establish funnel reporting, lead routing, scoring, and a data-driven baseline to drive multi-unit pipeline decisions.
  • Demand Gen Execution: Design integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, and content to feed SQLs across studios, production houses, and live events.
  • Channel and Website Ownership: Lead the paid program and own Cast & Crew site, landing pages, and SEO to maximize lead quality and conversion.

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Own the demand generation strategy across the full funnel, from first touch to sales-ready lead, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution targets across Film, Television & Streaming, Live Entertainment, Advertising, and Final Draft B2B - Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, and content channels that generate qualified inbound leads from studios, mini-majors, production companies, independent producers, live entertainment operators, and advertising production clients - Build and manage the paid media program in partnership with external ad agencies, serving as Cast & Crew's primary point of contact, setting strategy, holding agencies accountable to performance, and optimizing spend toward pipeline, not impressions - Identify and capitalize on timely industry moments including award seasons, production cycles, guild negotiations, greenlight surges, festival seasons, and live event calendars to launch campaigns that capture attention when buyers are most receptive - Prioritize investment and effort across business units based on pipeline opportunity, segment maturity, and revenue impact, knowing when to lean in and when to maintain presence - Develop sharp, differentiated messaging for each segment that cuts through in a competitive market, production-world-native, compelling to finance and operations leaders, and distinct enough to earn attention - Translate new product capabilities and service expansions into go-to-market programs that drive awareness and adoption across the full Cast & Crew portfolio - Partner with segment sales leaders to ensure campaign messaging maps directly to the conversations their teams are having in the field across FTVS, Live Entertainment, and beyond - Own the website as Cast & Crew's highest-leverage demand asset, driving continuous improvement in traffic, conversion rate, and lead quality across all segments and audiences - Lead SEO and GEO strategy to ensure Cast & Crew and its portfolio brands are findable and preferred when buyers are actively searching
