Responsibilities

Define category strategy, long-term growth priorities, and business objectives for an assigned portfolio.
Own category P&L, including revenue, profitability, financial performance, forecasting, and long-range business planning.
Lead portfolio strategy, including brand positioning, product portfolio, pricing, and growth priorities.
Identify consumer, customer, competitive, and marketplace opportunities to inform strategic direction and business decisions.
Lead annual operating plans and long-range category strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
Champion innovation and commercialization initiatives within the assigned portfolio to drive profitable growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives .
Make business decisions that balance short-term performance with long-term brand and category growth.
Build strong organizational capability by developing leaders, strengthening succession, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Present business performance, growth strategies, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, or related field required ; MBA preferred.
