Job Description

Drive BARBRI’s brand strategy and creative leadership to grow awareness, conversions, and market share across B2C and B2B.

Responsibilities

  • Own the BARBRI brand: its vision, voice, aesthetic, values, and mission across markets and segments.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth in awareness, conversion, and market share for B2C and B2B.
  • Spearhead brand awareness campaigns across digital, print, and partnerships; oversee brand agency partnerships.
  • Lead competitive brand positioning across BARBRI’s portfolio including LSAT prep, law school aids, bar prep, SQE prep, and CLE.
  • Evolve and steward Brand Guidelines for consistency across geographies and segments.
  • Oversee public relations and communications strategy with leadership and PR partners.
  • Manage brand budget with the CMO on strategic investments.
  • Lead creative strategy for marketing campaigns, content, and communications; ensure innovation and brand alignment.
  • Translate business goals and product value into narratives and visuals for diverse audiences.
  • Champion CRO best practices across channels to drive action, not just awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10–15+ years in brand strategy, creative direction, or marketing leadership in education, legal, professional services, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of growing brand awareness, market share, and conversion
  • Experience leading brand strategy across both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Experience with AI tools for design and content (e.g., Adobe, Canva)

Preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience with global markets; SQE/UK market experience a plus
  • Experience leading brand strategy across both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Familiar and curious about emerging AI tools for brand and content production
