Lead volunteer communications for NextUp Pacific Northwest, helping amplify women in leadership through content across social channels and events.

Own social posting and content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Must-have: Comfort with Canva and Microsoft 365, plus basic Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Standout: Volunteer role with brand stewardship and event support throughout the year

Create social media posts, event flyers, signage, and marketing materials using Canva
Send event marketing and member communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Support volunteer recruitment, sponsor appreciation, and membership growth initiatives
Manage and post content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Acknowledge cultural holidays and highlight community milestones
Uphold NextUp brand standards across all content
Monthly committee meetings, event support throughout the year, and ongoing content creation
