Job Summary

Lead a church-based onboarding and engagement initiative for Living Bread, guiding launch, page setup, member support, weekly rhythms, and ongoing reporting across a 30-day adoption cycle.

  • Own end-to-end onboarding from introduction to ongoing follow-ups
  • Drive launch events, congregation engagement, and monthly feedback to leadership
  • Collaborate with the founder and influence tool development for churches

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Introduce — Present Living Bread to your pastor or leadership team. A 10-minute demo script and all materials are provided.
  • Build — Help your church claim and build out its page: description, service times, ministries, announcements, and first Gathering.
  • Launch — Plan and run Launch Sunday: a 60-second stage moment where the congregation scans one QR code and joins together.
  • Support — Walk with members through their first 30 days. Offer install help after services, answer questions, and encourage first prayers and check-ins.
  • Sustain — Build weekly rhythms around the Pulse question, announcements, milestones, and the Church Flame.
  • Report — Report monthly to your leadership and to Living Bread on adoption, engagement, and what your congregation needs.
  • Test — Use the app daily. Your congregation's experience is our roadmap, so your bugs and suggestions shape what we build next.

Requirements

  • A trusted, active member of your congregation — deacon, small-group leader, media volunteer, or simply someone leadership listens to
  • Willing to seek your leadership's blessing to take this on (we'll help you make the case)
  • Patient with less-technical members; faithful with follow-through

Benefits

  • Direct support from the founder
  • Early access to all congregation tools, and a voice in what gets built for churches next
