Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create daily short-form content (IG Reels / TikTok) and edit same-day with cinematic output.
- Study viral formats and adapt them to our brand
- Obsess over hooks, retention, and watch time
- Test fast, iterate faster, scale what works
- Make people care about our products… who weren’t even looking for it
Requirements
- Must be able to pick up an iPhone, slap on a cinematic lens + filter, edit, and upload same-day
- You’ve made content that actually performed
- You understand hooks, pacing, retention
- You’re deep in internet culture
Preferred
- Experience building a brand voice from within a team
- Track record of virality on social platforms
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels or TikTok
