Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and filmmaker to develop project plan for TWCCH/TWCGME Documentary project
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects
  • Plan and executive video shoots, including but not limited to, setting up equipment, framing shots, and directing talent
  • Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Edit raw footage to create polished and engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and project requirements
  • Incorporate graphics, animation, and special effects to enhance the visual appeal of videos when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production techniques, equipment, and software
  • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition for shoots
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure video projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Continuously seek feedback and strive for excellence in every aspect of video production

Requirements

  • Meet The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education EOS© People Analyzer Tool
  • Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
  • Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride
  • A bachelor's degree, preferred, preferably in Digital Media Production and/or Graphic Design
  • 5 years of relevant video editing/shooting/graphic design experience preferred
  • Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production skills
  • Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
  • Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of cinematography principles, composition, and visual storytelling techniques
  • Knowledge of audio/video production and editing

Preferred

  • Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
  • A bachelor's degree, preferred, preferably in Digital Media Production and/or Graphic Design
  • 5 years of relevant video editing/shooting/graphic design experience preferred
  • Drone license a plus

Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and the osteopathic training support of Still OPTI. Our NFMR learners train at the following FQHC partner sites: El Rio Community Health Center, Tucson, AZ; HealthPoint, Auburn, WA; HealthSource of Ohio, New Richmond, OH; Unity Health Care, Washington, D.C.; and Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, Portland, OR.
