Job Description

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the marketing team and filmmaker to develop project plan for TWCCH/TWCGME Documentary project
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects
Plan and executive video shoots, including but not limited to, setting up equipment, framing shots, and directing talent
Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Edit raw footage to create polished and engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and project requirements
Incorporate graphics, animation, and special effects to enhance the visual appeal of videos when necessary
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production techniques, equipment, and software
Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition for shoots
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure video projects are completed on time and within budget
Continuously seek feedback and strive for excellence in every aspect of video production

Requirements

Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride
A bachelor's degree, preferred, preferably in Digital Media Production and/or Graphic Design
5 years of relevant video editing/shooting/graphic design experience preferred
Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production skills
Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Solid understanding of cinematography principles, composition, and visual storytelling techniques
Knowledge of audio/video production and editing

Preferred

Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
A bachelor's degree, preferred, preferably in Digital Media Production and/or Graphic Design
5 years of relevant video editing/shooting/graphic design experience preferred
Drone license a plus
