We’re looking for a Videographer & Content Producer to help bring the Absolute Recomp brand to life.
This role is responsible for capturing the intensity, culture, and energy that makes our gyms different, from gym footage and member stories to product highlights, apparel drops, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
You’ll work directly with leadership to create content that feels elevated, cinematic, and unmistakably AR.
This is an on-site role based out of HQ and our clubs.
What You’ll Do
- Film content at club locations, HQ, events, and activations
- Capture cinematic footage of workouts, equipment, members, and brand moments
- Edit short-form video content for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Internal brand/promotional content
- Create polished recap videos for launches, events, and community initiatives
- Work from creative briefs—but also identify opportunities to capture compelling content on your own
- Assist with basic photo capture when needed
- Organize footage, maintain media files, and ensure quick turnaround on edits
- Help maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the AR brand
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of videography/content production experience
- Strong eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
- Experience with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Adobe Lightroom / basic photo editing
- DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments
- Able to shoot, edit, and deliver content quickly
- Self-starter mentality, someone who sees a moment and captures it
- Portfolio required
Bonus Points
- Fitness/gym lifestyle content experience
- Drone footage experience
- Motion graphics / text overlays
- Experience shooting apparel/product content
