Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Production Specialist role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Video Production Specialist will plan, shoot, and edit video content that showcases Campanella Fence’s products, services, and customer stories for use on the company website, social media, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and leadership to develop video concepts, preparing locations and equipment, capturing high-quality footage and audio on job sites and in-store, and managing lighting setups for both indoor and outdoor shoots. The role also involves overseeing post-production activities such as editing, color correction, sound design, basic motion graphics, and export of deliverables in multiple formats. The Video Production Specialist will help maintain a consistent brand look and feel, organize and archive media assets, and contribute creative ideas to support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning, storyboarding, and on-site coordination for shoots.
• Proficiency in shooting video, including camera operation, framing, composition, and audio capture.
• Experience with post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for both indoor and outdoor environments to ensure high-quality visual output.
• Ability to create multimedia content optimized for web, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Strong organizational skills for managing media files, project timelines, and multiple concurrent video projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Ability to work on-site, travel to local job locations as needed, and safely operate equipment in outdoor environments.
