Job Summary

Own and rapidly iterate on direct-response Meta ads from scripts to live concepts, delivering two concepts per day and expanding top performers with AI-driven variations.

  • Lead the full edit-to-publish workflow for pay-per-click ads with rapid iteration cycles
  • Demonstrate mastery of AI-assisted production tools and direct-response hooks

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You'll receive scripts, briefs, and creative direction, and you'll be responsible for executing them at a standard where the ad performs.
  • Clean isn't the bar. The bar is stopping the scroll, holding attention past thirty seconds, and driving the click.
  • You'll also spend a lot of time building variations of ads that are already winning. Different hooks, different opens, different lengths. Iteration speed is most of the job.
  • We want your concepts too. If something you originate goes live and scales, you get a bonus on it.
  • Two concepts per day. Fifty per month, minimum.
  • That number is only achievable with heavy AI tooling, and we've built the system around that.

Requirements

  • Direct response editing for Meta. Facebook and Instagram ads specifically, not branded content.
  • Practical fluency with AI production tools. Realistic avatars, AI UGC, AI voiceover, image and video generation. Higgsfield, Veo, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Captions, or whatever has replaced them by the time you read this.
  • We need someone already working this way, not someone planning to learn.
  • A real understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, framing, and retention curves. You should be able to explain why a caption breaking on the wrong syllable costs you the scroll.
  • Genuine DTC experience. Ads that ran on paid traffic at spend that mattered.
  • Not a fit if You can't sustain the volume. You've never shipped a Meta ad that ran on paid spend. You consider AI tooling a shortcut or you're still getting comfortable with it. You need three days per ad. You can't show work without an NDA excuse. You get defensive in creative reviews.

Preferred

  • Editors who think like strategists do well here.
