Content strategy and channel growth: own the direction for YouTube, Vimeo, and MoneyShow Plus, including calendars, speaker selection, and editorial standards.
Metadata, SEO, and thumbnail systems: set standards, optimize titles/descriptions/tags, and run A/B tests to lift discovery.
Operations and scale: manage offshore editing, templates/SOPs, QA, and performance analytics to surface learnings and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

Content strategy and channel growth: own the direction for YouTube, Vimeo, and MoneyShow Plus, including calendars, speaker selection, and editorial standards.
Metadata, SEO, and thumbnail systems: set standards, optimize titles/descriptions/tags, and run A/B tests to lift discovery.
Operations and scale: manage offshore editing, templates/SOPs, QA, and performance analytics to surface learnings and drive strategy.

Requirements

5+ years in video production, YouTube management, or digital video strategy
Proven experience managing high-volume video libraries (500+ videos)
Deep YouTube expertise: channel optimization, SEO, analytics, and audience growth
Comfortable analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions
Strong project management skills: coordinating workflows, managing timelines, overseeing vendors
High attention to detail on metadata, thumbnails, and brand consistency
Self-starter who can own strategy end-to-end without heavy hand-holding

Preferred

Vimeo OTT or subscription video platform experience
YouTube Partner Program or monetization expertise
Experience managing offshore or distributed production teams
Background in financial services, investing education, or fintech content
Experience scaling video ops from manual to systems-driven
