Job Summary

Support and produce engaging short-form content for a medical-student audience, turning rough ideas into polished videos and hooks that fit trends, with an emphasis on on-camera presence and strong aesthetics.

Content Creation: Develop student-life, medical-school, and startup-style storytelling that fits Instagram/TikTok trends.
Video Craft: Apply lighting, framing, pacing, captions, and trend-based editing to deliver watchable reels.
Creator Collaboration: Collaborate with Sentia to turn ideas into short-form content and publish via creator accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

This is a remote contract role for creators who are comfortable being on camera and understand what makes short-form content engaging.
You may create content such as:
- Student-life videos about studying, exams, burnout, productivity, and procrastination
- Short skits about medical school, pre-med life, and high-stakes exam prep
- Videos showing how Sentia works
- Commentary-style videos about study culture, expensive prep resources, and education
- Aesthetic b-roll, voiceover, captions, and trend-based videos
- Founder/startup-style storytelling content

Requirements

comfortable appearing on camera
Has a strong aesthetic sense
Understands lighting, framing, and basic video quality
Knows how to create strong hooks, captions, and engaging pacing
Understands Instagram/TikTok trends and short-form storytelling
Can produce content consistently
Can turn rough ideas into polished, watchable videos
Has an interest in student life, studying, medicine, education, productivity, or startup culture
