We're building a lean team obsessed with creating the highest-quality startup content on the internet.

About the Role

We're looking for an incredibly organized operator.

Your job is simple:

Make sure great content gets published every single day.

You'll work directly with the founder and coordinate our researchers, writers, editors, and on-camera talent to keep everything moving.

This is part operations, part recruiting, and part project management.

What You'll DoContent Operations

• Own the content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with researchers, writers, editors, and hosts.
• Ensure every piece of content ships on time.
• Maintain SOPs and internal documentation.
• Track content performance and basic analytics.

Talent & Recruiting

• Source and recruit exceptional on-camera hosts.
• Help identify editors, creators, and freelancers.
• Coordinate auditions and trial projects.
• Manage contractor communication and scheduling.

General Operations

• Improve internal workflows.
• Keep projects organized.
• Help build the systems that allow Cambria to scale.

• Experience with Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Startup experience.

Compensation

$25–40/hour depending on experience.

15–25 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as we scales.
