Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for the Agency clients across creator marketing programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and excellence in execution.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Translate brand priorities into actionable creator-first strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Translate reporting outputs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, connecting creator performance to business KPIs.
  • Provide forward-looking, data-informed recommendations to continuously evolve creator strategy.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of the creator and cultural landscapes, with the ability to bring a proactive POV to the client and internal teams on where the creator economy is heading and how to stay ahead of it.
  • Partner with the EVP, Strategy & Analytics, on ensuring executional and strategic excellence across clients, as well as proactive sharing and collaboration with peers to consistently evolve and optimize strategy and agency thought-leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a team to grow the next generation of strategic leaders.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience across influencer, media, digital, or brand strategy - ideally within agency or consultancy environments.
  • Deep understanding of creator/influencer and an understanding of the category’s pace, nuance, and consumer mindset is key to success.
  • A proven team builder with 5-7+ years managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven success translating marketing objectives into influencer/creator programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms as it relates to: Influencer/Creator Marketing (Captiv8, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Tagger, etc.), Social Media Management/Listening (Pulsar, Quid, Infegy, Brandwatch, etc.), Insights Tools and Resources (GWI, Demographics Pro, Mintel, eMarketer, etc.).
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, trusted by clients, respected by creators, and collaborative with peers.
  • Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action and the ability to bring clarity in moments of ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams.

Preferred

  • You have Influencer/Creator Marketing, Strategy or Integrated Marketing experience, and are adept at bringing Insights and Data together in innovative ways.
  • You want to shape how the world’s most iconic and leading brands connect with culture and consumers through creator marketing. You want to play a key role in defining what influence looks like today, building programs that drive not just awareness, but authentic connection and brand advocacy.
  • You’re energized by fast-moving brands and thrive in the space where no two days are the same. You want to lead conversations with brands, work directly with creatives in shaping culture, and partner with teams to transform numbers into narratives.
