Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead the department as a representative of Global Marketing driving thought leadership of how data and analytics can support the business, key strategics, and SVP initiatives.
  • Develop a reporting strategy for internal and external reports – including retail sales reporting, NPD / Beaute rankings, market share tracking, new launch performance, category mix of business, etc.
  • Partner with Sr Director, Global Marketing Strategy to support all long-term planning strategies and process
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy category leaders to support strategy development across products and promotions worldwide.
  • Develop Global Marketing scorecard for marketing performance metrics across all markets and drive KPIs on performance marketing in alignment with Director of MarComs
  • Support U.S. and China markets with market specific insights on both business, competitive, and performance marketing insights.
  • Create data visualization and story telling to support marketing presentations to executive leadership and LVMH Leadership
  • Provide a data driven point of view on ambitions for new products and promotions, overall categories, benefit territories and total business using insights from internal and external sources
  • Monitor sell in and sell through trends to provide on-going input on SKU productivity and portfolio management, bringing together global and regional teams to align on assortment strategy.
  • Proactively analyze the business in creative ways to provide business insights across categories, regions, retailers, and functions.

Requirements

  • 12-15 Years of Experience in analytics with multidimensional data sets, tools, interfaces and visualization and problem solving, performance marketing, ROI analysis and clear understanding of strategy building through data insights.
  • Expertise in technical analytics and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
  • Proven experience translating retail sales trends into thoughtful insights.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in management consulting or banking preferred.
