Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Strategy & Analytics vision, driving client excellence across campaigns.
  • Develop a scalable strategic planning process aligned to client goals.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and grow strategic capability across the team.
  • Drive innovation and Thought Leadership to secure new business and client impact.
  • Present powerful data storytelling to high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Write strategies and POVs that inform client recommendations.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Provide vision, coaching and management to align work with mission and values.
  • Support internal teams to expand competency and impact across the business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in strategy & insights.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in strategy with progressive levels of responsibility
  • 5+ years of management experience and a track record of building high‑performing teams
  • Adept at elevating strategic thinking across a brand portfolio and leading projects
  • Ability to identify meaningful, usable, and impactful insights
  • Translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies
  • Anticipate changing client needs and adapt resources accordingly
  • Proven track record aligning campaigns with client goals and KPIs
  • Strong client pitches, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written communication, organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proactive mindset with process improvement capabilities
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading through change
  • Agency/marketing-tech or media startup experience may be desirable

  • Experience at agency, marketing-tech or media start-up desirable
