Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as the Vice President of Services at Trenzi, Inc. In this leadership position, you will oversee and drive key operational areas, including strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing business performance, developing strategies to enhance service offerings, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving company growth and operational success.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in finance, including financial planning, analysis, and resource allocation
• Expertise in strategic planning and the ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies
• Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial forecasting
• Proven success in team leadership, with skills in mentoring, inspiring, and driving performance in multicultural or multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Experience in the social commerce or startup industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
