Responsibilities

• Define the Product and Platform Story
• - Establish the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Seismic's combined portfolio, bringing together the strongest capabilities and innovation from Seismic and Highspot.
• - Translate a growing portfolio of AI agents, content and knowledge management, enablement, engagement, learning, coaching, analytics, and workflows into a compelling, performance-driven platform narrative.
• - Make GTM Performance and AI-powered revenue execution tangible: articulate the problems Seismic solves, our differentiation, and the business outcomes customers should expect.
• - Partner with Product to connect strategy and roadmap to customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunity.
• - Lead product architecture, naming, packaging, and pricing programs that make Seismic easier to understand and buy while improving customer value and long-term economics.
• Lead Product Marketing
• - Build and lead a world-class global product marketing organization spanning platform, products, AI, solutions, competitive intelligence, and industries.
• - Own go-to-market strategy and execution for major product launches and releases.
• - Equip the field with differentiated messaging, sales plays, proof points, demos, and competitive intelligence that translate product capabilities into customer value.

Requirements

• 15+ years of B2B enterprise technology experience, including significant product marketing leadership.
• Experience leading product marketing for a scaled enterprise software, SaaS, AI, CRM, revenue technology, content, workflow, or adjacent platform company.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex, multi-product technology into a simple, differentiated platform story.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI, including agents, generative AI, data, context, governance, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating or repositioning products following an acquisition, merger, or major portfolio expansion is beneficial.
• Ability to operate credibly with Product and Engineering while creating narratives that resonate with CEOs, CROs, CMOs, CIOs, and frontline GTM leaders.
• Experience building and leading high-performing global product marketing teams.
• The strongest candidates will have substantial experience in financial services and/or healthcare and life sciences, ideally across multiple regulated sectors. They will understand how governance, approvals, permissions, auditability, security, data lineage, compliance, and risk management shape product requirements, buying processes, deployment models, and AI adoption.
• Candidates should be equally comfortable discussing AI agents and product architecture with a technology leader, revenue outcomes with a GTM executive, and governance and risk with the stakeholders responsible for protecting the enterprise.
