Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Internal Sales & Commercial Growth
  • Drive Adoption: Act as the primary internal evangelist for APEX Social & Creator, proactively educating our agency, investment, and sales teams on the value of our products to increase internal buy-in.
  • Client Retention & Expansion: Partner with our sales & investment teams to identify distinct target lists while leading or collaborating on upsell opportunities, focusing on retaining key clients and growing share-of-spend through innovative social & creator solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute internal sales strategies that position APEX Social & Creator as a must-have on media plans, while closing the feedback loop with our Investment and Solutions teams on capability gaps or opportunities to improve our offerings.
  • Partnership Management & Creator Strategy
  • Platform Relations: Serve as key contributor for day-to-day negotiations and relationship management with major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, etc.) to secure first-to-market alphas, betas, and added value for clients.
  • Creator Ecosystem: Own and expand the relationships with our creator-led partners, specifically Influential powered by Captiv8. You will be the expert on how to leverage these tools to drive creator-centric revenue.
  • Negotiation: Leverage APEX’s scale to negotiate favorable terms, rates, and data access that provide a competitive advantage to our clients & further differentiate our social and Creator offerings.
  • Operational Enablement & Team Support
  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as the connector between high-level strategy and the hands-on-keyboard activation teams. Ensure that what is sold is executable, and what is executed delivers on the sales promise.
  • Friction Removal: Identify and remove roadblocks for the day-to-day execution teams, ensuring they have the tools, access, and partner support needed to excel.
  • Best Practices: Institute rigorous enablement frameworks—playbooks, case studies, and training sessions—that empower the wider team to speak fluently about social and creator trends.
