Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the career development of team members through coaching, feedback, and clear growth pathways.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for performance reviews, ensuring fair, evidence‑based assessments across the full team—not only direct reports.
  • Set, review, and support annual goals for direct reports, ensuring alignment with broader Apex priorities.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, encouraging diverse hiring and embracing different perspectives.
  • Define and refine account or project ownership structures for team members to ensure clarity, accountability, and development opportunities.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert in the OOH channel and partner landscape, staying ahead of marketplace shifts and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead mid‑ to small‑scale partner negotiations independently, ensuring strong value delivery for clients.
  • Oversee relationships with key vendors, understanding their offerings and serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with regional leads and cross‑channel partners to identify account‑specific needs, integrated opportunities, and marketplace solutions.
  • Make informed decisions on partner fit, campaign feasibility, and alignment with Apex standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in OOH media, investment, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in the OOH marketplace, including formats, pricing, measurement, and vendor dynamics.
  • Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing senior‑level relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large‑scale or complex investments.
  • Ability to translate marketplace insights into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, transparency, and high‑integrity decision‑making.
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, with experience overseeing pacing, forecasting, and profitability.
