Responsibilities

• Building and scaling a multi-brand marketing engine
• Leading marketing integration efforts for new acquisitions
• Driving consistent, profitable lead flow growth
• Standardizing brand identity across markets
• Leading digital performance strategy (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, A/B testing)
• Optimizing traditional channels where ROI makes sense
• Building disciplined marketing analytics and attribution
• Owning budget allocation and ROI accountability

Requirements

• Proven marketing leadership experience in home services (required)
• Experience managing marketing across multiple brands and/or states
• Deep digital expertise with strong performance marketing instincts
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, improve spend discipline, and drive ROI
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside operators
• High integrity, strong leadership presence, low ego
• Experience in home services: 3 years (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)

Preferred

• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience strongly preferred
• Experience in private equity and/or M&A-driven environments
