Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing efforts including category marketing, branding, demand generation programs, marketing systems, product marketing, persona work, positioning, public relations, website, partner marketing, sales enablement, and analyst relations to support demand generation and revenue growth strategies.
• Own the integrated marketing strategy that supports corporate objectives and revenue goals; contribute to company strategy, OKRs, and leadership initiatives.
• Conduct a quarterly needs assessment of the Marketing organization to identify capability gaps and resourcing priorities.
• Foster a collaborative, sales aligned culture by partnering across Alliances, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
• Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, differentiated messaging and persona-based positioning for ideal customer and partner profiles and verticals.
• Drive category marketing and thought leadership programs that clarify Elixir’s point of view and expand market awareness.
• Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally on stage, on the road, and with customers and partners.
• Design and run multi channel demand generation programs that reliably source new customers, emphasizing events, webinars, website optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital presence.
• Conduct global market research for different verticals in support of Alliances, Sales, and Product teams to enhance product strategy and roadmap.
• Build partner and direct sales enablement programs that increase conversion and deal velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing leadership experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
• Ability to work onsite in Ojai, California or willingness to relocate.
• Travel: Quarterly onsite visits to customers, partners, and industry events (including trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements). Ability to visit HQ in Ojai regularly and relocate within six months.
