Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead brand development and market positioning for the Miami branch.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing leadership team.
  • Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, and measurable performance objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing, public relations, advertising, content strategy, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to support business expansion initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing programs.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and strategic vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale marketing strategies and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Executive leadership experience supporting multi-site or regional business operations.
  • Proven success launching or expanding new business locations.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance metrics to guide decision-making.
