Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s global marketing communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth targets.
  • Establish communication frameworks that support brand positioning, customer engagement, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing communications, corporate strategy, and commercial objectives.
  • Identify emerging market trends and communication opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market influence.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand communication strategies across all channels and markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and storytelling throughout the organization.
  • Develop value propositions, key messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines.
  • Strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and differentiation within target markets.
  • Oversee corporate public relations strategies, media engagement, and reputation management initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media organizations, industry analysts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead crisis communication planning and response activities when necessary.
  • Manage press releases, media briefings, executive interviews, and corporate announcements.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of marketing content across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Manage content strategies including thought leadership, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, blogs, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure content supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand-building objectives.
  • Drive digital communication effectiveness through SEO, marketing automation, and performance optimization.
  • Lead integrated marketing communication campaigns supporting product launches, market expansion, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent go-to-market messaging.
  • Support demand generation and customer acquisition efforts through targeted communication programs.
  • Enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty through multi-channel communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • MBA, Master’s degree in Communications, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
  • Typically 18+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, brand management, or related fields, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading successful global communication and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strong experience in media relations, integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, and reputation management.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, healthcare organizations, technology companies, consumer brands, or high-growth enterprises preferred.
