Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee MelbaStreet’s global marketing communications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market positioning.
Define and evolve MelbaStreet’s brand narrative within the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem.
Establish consistent messaging across protocol, platform, and ecosystem layers.
Ensure all communications reinforce trust, transparency, and technological credibility.
Design and execute integrated communication strategies supporting product launches, protocol releases, and ecosystem initiatives.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to align messaging with technical innovation and user value.
Develop targeted communication frameworks for developers, institutions, investors, and Web3 communities.
Optimize engagement across owned, earned, and community-driven channels.
Position MelbaStreet as a leading voice in blockchain infrastructure, decentralized systems, and Web3 innovation.
Oversee global PR strategy, media relations, and executive visibility.

Requirements

20+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, brand strategy, or public relations within technology, fintech, crypto, or platform-based businesses.
Proven success in building global brand narratives and communication strategies in emerging or complex industries.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and decentralized platforms.
Experience engaging both institutional stakeholders and crypto-native communities.
Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred

Experience leading global teams.
Experience with influencer and community engagement in Web3.
