Drive global marketing, brand, and ecosystem growth for Impact Developers in blockchain infrastructure and Web3.

• Lead and oversee Impact Developers’ global marketing and communications strategy, aligning with corporate vision and ecosystem growth objectives.
• Define and elevate the company’s brand identity as a leading blockchain infrastructure and Web3 innovation platform.
• Develop cohesive messaging across protocol, platform, and ecosystem layers for developers, enterprises, and communities.
• Ensure brand positioning reflects trust, decentralization, innovation, and long-term ecosystem value.
• Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for blockchain products, protocols, and developer platforms.
• Drive ecosystem growth through developer acquisition, community expansion, and partner onboarding.
• Build scalable growth loops across token ecosystems, developer incentives, and network effects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to align GTM strategies with protocol adoption and usage metrics.
• Define and control Impact Developers’ global narrative across blockchain, Web3, and decentralized infrastructure themes.
• Oversee PR, media relations, executive communications, and industry positioning.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or growth leadership within blockchain, crypto, technology, or platform-driven companies.
• Proven success in building brands and scaling adoption in Web3, developer ecosystems, or emerging technology markets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, token economies, decentralized governance, and ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience working with executive leadership, global teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
