Job Summary

Own the district's marketing engine with a leadership and brand-building mandate across tourism, PR, events, and digital where budget planning and agency partnerships shape the plan.

  • Lead and empower the marketing team while coordinating with Visit Denver, CTO, and regional partners.
  • Oversee creative production, digital marketing, PR, and events to deliver cohesive tourism storytelling and measurable outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and empower marketing staff
  • Work collaboratively with management, staff and board members of the District
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards
  • Develop Consumer and Tourism advertising strategies
  • Oversee the development, production, and media placement of creative campaigns with CCN’s agencies
  • Oversee the development and implementation of CCN’s digital marketing strategies and services
  • Oversee research strategies that guide and inform current and future CCN goals
  • Produce an annual CCN Marketing Plan and quarterly KPI analysis
  • Oversee Tourism initiatives with agencies that include Visit Denver, the Colorado Tourism Office, and others
  • Guide and direct the CCN Hotel Collective initiative and fund

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or other related discipline
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in one of the related disciplines
  • Must pass a criminal background check
