Responsibilities

• Marketing Leadership & Brand Strategy
• Lead and oversee AI DCT’s global marketing and communications strategy, aligning with corporate vision and market positioning.
• Define and strengthen AI DCT’s brand identity as a trusted blockchain technology and infrastructure provider.
• Develop consistent, high-impact messaging across products, protocols, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing and communications efforts reinforce trust, credibility, and long-term brand equity.
• Communications, PR & Narrative Development
• Lead global communications strategy, including public relations, media engagement, and executive visibility.
• Shape AI DCT’s narrative within blockchain, AI, and digital infrastructure conversations.
• Oversee content strategy across research, insights, technical storytelling, and thought leadership.
• Build strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership within blockchain, fintech, technology, or related sectors.
• Proven success in building global brands and driving adoption in emerging or complex technology markets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, and decentralized technologies.
• Experience working with executive leadership, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and strategic execution capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
