Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. As VP of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including developing financial plans, managing budgets, overseeing financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term financial strategies and ensure regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, forecasting, managing funding processes, and supporting growth initiatives aligned with the company's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and developing long-term financial strategies
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and drive critical decisions
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and cash flow management
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a financial management role
• Proficiency with financial tools, software, and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in remote work settings
