Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Finance. The role involves overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The VP of Finance will lead the development of fiscal strategies, manage budgets, and provide insightful analytics to guide executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the strategic growth of Trenzi, Inc.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning and proficiency in managing budgets effectively
• Strong ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements with accuracy and insight
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting with a focus on compliance
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and guide strategic decision-making
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with startup operations and social commerce is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
