Job Summary

Own and orchestrate global corporate communications to protect credibility, align leadership messaging, and drive integrated programs across media, internal channels, and crisis readiness.

  • Executive storytelling and messaging: shape speeches and materials for leadership to influence perceptions across employees, investors, and media.
  • Media and crisis leadership: manage press, interviews, and crisis response to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Cross-functional governance: partner with marketing, legal, HR, and IR to ensure cohesive, risk-aware communication strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring message consistency across all channels
  • Manage corporate reputation, public image, and brand credibility across global markets
  • Lead media relations strategy, including press releases, interviews, and executive visibility
  • Oversee internal communications programs to improve employee engagement and alignment
  • Develop executive messaging, speeches, and communication materials for leadership team
  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution for reputational risk management
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, HR, and investor relations teams on integrated communication strategies
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and communication partners globally
  • Support investor communications and corporate reporting narratives where applicable

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand communications
  • 5+ years in senior leadership or executive communications roles
  • Proven experience managing global corporate communication strategies
  • Strong media relations and crisis communication experience
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and board-level stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in multinational corporations or high-growth global companies
  • Background in technology, healthcare, financial services, or consumer industries
  • Strong understanding of investor relations and regulatory communication environments
  • Experience managing global PR agencies and communication networks
  • Familiarity with digital communications and social media reputation management
