Job Summary

Own and orchestrate commerce data and technology across platforms, turning complex capabilities into executive-ready outcomes and driving AI-enabled automation that scales commerce results.

  • Strategy and Roadmap: Own the vision for data, platforms, and automation across Connected Commerce and Retail Media.
  • Governance and Interoperability: Set data quality, security, and compliance while ensuring identity, data, and activation layers work together.
  • Executive Advisory and Change: Translate tech capabilities for clients and internal leaders to drive cross-functional alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for implementation and orchestration of Commerce data and technology solutions aligned with client and agency objectives.
  • Champion innovation in Connected Commerce planning, activation, content and measurement workflows
  • Oversee application and implementation of integrated platforms centralize data and enable automation across Commerce teams.
  • Ensure interoperability across identity, data, and activation layers for omnichannel commerce.
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients and internal teams on commerce technology strategy.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives for executive audiences.
  • Establish standards for data quality, security, and compliance across all solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit.
  • Develop key solutions Plans that meet and exceed client’s business needs, in partnership with agency Client Leadership, Strategy, Activation and Analytics teams.
  • Manage and develop talent within the team as well as foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in Commerce, Retail Media, Data Strategy, and/or Shopper Marketing bringing data and technology together to deliver on business objectives
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, data-driven solutions in retail, media, or commerce environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones globally, with some travel required (less than 10%)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with retail media networks, commerce marketing platforms, and data clean rooms.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and data governance frameworks.
