Job Summary

Own and evolve the global brand strategy, storytelling, and product-launch agenda for a luxury beauty brand, while building a high-performing marketing organization and coordinating cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global brand positioning, messaging architecture, and long-term marketing strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand across all consumer-facing channels, including digital, retail, social, education, experiential, and partnerships.
  • Champion a luxury brand experience while maintaining relevance within contemporary beauty culture.
  • Partner closely with the Creative team to ensure all campaigns and storytelling reinforce the brand's visual and verbal identity.
  • With the CEO-Founder, lead the strategic development and commercialization of all product launches from concept through market introduction.
  • Innovate and concept new ways to story-tell fragrance.
  • With the CEO-Founder, lead product positioning, naming, claims strategy, messaging hierarchy, launch toolkits, and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with Product Development and CEO to identify whitespace opportunities and future innovation pipelines.
  • Lead pricing, competitive analysis, and market positioning recommendations.
  • Develop integrated 360° marketing strategies spanning earned, owned, paid, retail, influencer, experiential, and e-commerce channels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing and product marketing within prestige or luxury beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategy and product commercialization for premium consumer brands.
  • Deep understanding of prestige beauty consumer behavior and the evolving beauty landscape.
  • Demonstrated success launching category-defining products and building enduring brand equity.
  • Strong strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Highly collaborative leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with commercial rigor and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
