Job Summary

You will own Meta app user acquisition for a subscription-focused product, leading campaigns from launch to scale, owning key metrics, running systematic tests, crafting data-driven creatives, ensuring accurate tracking, coordinating with partners, and reporting results to the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaigns: Launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns optimized for Purchase / subscription events
  • Metrics: Own the channel's key metrics: CPA, CAC, and ROAS
  • Testing: Systematically test hypotheses across audiences, optimization events, campaign structure, creatives, offers (intro offer, trial periods, pricing), and onboarding flows
  • Creatives: Write data-driven creative briefs, analyze performance, rotate on time, and scale the winners
  • Tracking: Work with the analyst and product to monitor tracking and attribution, and to understand discrepancies between Ads Manager and analytics
  • Partners: Stay in touch with Meta (and Google) representatives to get access to betas, insights, and best practices
  • Reporting: Report on the channel regularly and explain the dynamics to the team in plain language

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition, with a main focus on Meta Ads
  • Experience with subscription products: trial, intro offer, in-app purchases
  • Proven experience scaling campaigns while maintaining healthy CPA / ROAS
  • Understanding of mobile attribution: MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Singular), SKAdNetwork, AEM
  • Confident work with data: Google Sheets, dashboards, cohorts, and basic statistics for evaluating tests

Preferred

  • Google Ads for apps (tCPA / tROAS)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Experience with Looker / Mixpanel
  • Experience in pet-tech or consumer subscriptions
