Responsibilities

• Present and host video content with professionalism, charisma, and authenticity, emphasizing inclusivity and representation.
• Engage and captivate audiences through clear communication, storytelling, and interactive elements, promoting creators' stories and experiences.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver content according to client specifications and quality standards, ensuring the highest standards of quality and impact.
• Collaborate with our internal teams, including scriptwriters, video editors, and producers, to ensure seamless content production with a gender-inclusive approach.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of content quality and audience engagement, prioritizing diverse and inclusive perspectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and presentation techniques, advocating for gender equality and creators' empowerment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an anchor, presenter, or host in video production, broadcasting, or related fields, especially creator-focused content.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills, showcasing a woman’s perspective.
• Ability to adapt to various content styles, tones, and audience demographics, with a particular emphasis on creators' interests and issues.
• Proficiency in conducting research and synthesizing information for presentation purposes, especially on topics relevant to creators.
• Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with international teams across different time zones, promoting creators' global narratives.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to empowering creators.
• Experience in interviewing guests or conducting panel discussions is a plus, particularly with leaders, and influencers.
