Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated content and digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, and web platforms for U.S. wealth audiences - bringing Carlyle's investment insights and brand voice to life.
  • Create and curate thought leadership and educational content for Carlyle ConnectED, working closely with Investment, Sales, and Product partners to produce engaging materials for advisors and clients.
  • Develop wealth-friendly product materials that clearly communicate Carlyle's value proposition and investment capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Events team to ensure events deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience that showcases Carlyle's thought leadership and client focus.
  • Contribute to broader strategic brand and digital projects that strengthen Carlyle's visibility, consistency, and competitive positioning within the U.S. wealth ecosystem.
  • Contribute to key marketing technology initiatives that advance Carlyle's digital infrastructure to enhance targeting, personalization, scalability and client engagement.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to identify emerging trends and opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and translate data insights into actionable recommendations that optimize engagement and demonstrate measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • 10+ years of overall relevant experience, required
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proven expertise in martech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social advocacy tools)

Preferred

  • Concentration in Marketing, Business or a related field, preferred
  • Marketing experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services, preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and thought leadership development.
