Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: via all channels, both online via social media and/or In-person Events. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the marketing department, providing guidance and performance management.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Lead and manage multiple projects and events focused on generating leads.
- Ensure the company's positive image is maintained through consistent messaging.
- Oversee the creation of engaging video content.
- Collaborate on video content strategies and ensure high-quality production.
- Put together Content Calendars for both online and in person events and social media content.
- Lead and manage small social media projects and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a marketing management role, preferably in the real estate or finance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event management.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead small social media projects.
- Experience managing multiple brands within a large organization.
- Proficiency in marketing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
