Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the US TB diagnostics portfolio.
  • Assist in driving market adoption and commercial success of the MGIT™ 2 System and associated consumables.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of the US launch of the updated MGIT™ 2 platform.
  • Support the development of value propositions, messaging, and positioning tailored to laboratory and healthcare customers.
  • Monitor local market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and commercial leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts, developing strategies that increase adoption of the TB portfolio through instrument upgrades, competitive conversions, and new customer acquisition.
  • Participate in customer visits, industry conferences, and professional meetings to gather market insights and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Provide marketing support for key accounts, regional activities, and national initiatives.
  • Support the execution of product launch campaigns, educational programs, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and communications teams to create compelling content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, product management, sales, or commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting commercial initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Must reside in the United States (Eastern or Central time preferred) and be able to travel approximately 30%.

Preferred

  • Experience in microbiology, infectious diseases, tuberculosis diagnostics, or laboratory medicine.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic laboratories, public health institutions, and healthcare systems.
  • Experience supporting product launches within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
