Job Summary

Support direct daily living and community participation for individuals in a youth-focused human services program.

  • Own direct daily living support and mobility tasks.
  • Must be 18–24 and enrolled in a school or training program.
  • Empowers independence and inclusion through community activities with training provided.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and routines.
  • Help individuals engage in community outings—think parks, restaurants, libraries, concerts, and more.
  • Plan and lead fun, structured activities like arts & crafts, music, cooking, and social events.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in everything you do.
  • Encourage social interaction and skill-building through group and community activities.
  • Work closely with a team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and support.
  • Follow program guidelines, safety protocols, and participate in trainings and team meetings.
  • No experience required—just a strong interest in Human Services
  • Compassion, patience, and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

  • Must be 18–24 years old
  • Currently enrolled in high school, a training program, or college
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability for the full program July through August
