Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop engaging content for internal and external audiences.
  • Draft articles, announcements, presentations, newsletters, emails, and digital communications.
  • Support the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and visual storytelling assets.
  • Assist with executive and leadership communications.
  • Help bring PMI U.S.'s smoke-free transformation story to life through compelling narratives and content.
  • Social Media & Digital Communications: Support content planning, scheduling, and execution across social media channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Research social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging communication tools.
  • Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement.
  • Generate recommendations to improve content effectiveness and reach.
  • Internal Communications: Support employee communications and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
  • Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience creating content for social media, student organizations, publications, brands, or campus initiatives.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.

Preferred

  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business, Political Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, or similar creative tools is a plus.
