Job Summary
Drive creative strategy and content analysis for creator-driven campaigns, partnering with creators to scale innovative, data-informed content systems.
- Own the strategy and execution of creative briefs, content breakdowns, and collaboration with creators.
- Must-have: 2–4+ years in creative strategy, creator marketing, performance social, or similar roles; deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Standout: Strategy-first, with direct collaboration to founders in a 70/30 mix of planning and execution.

Requirements
- 2–4+ years in creative strategy, creator marketing, performance social, or similar roles

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce structured Creative Briefs
Preferred
- Experience with performance creative or UGC ads
- Personal experience as a content creator
- Experience analyzing viral content
- English / Chinese bilingual
- Familiarity with AI tools
