Job Description
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Explain procedures, benefits, and financing options
- Increase case acceptance and production
- Verify insurance and provide accurate estimates
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment
- Build strong patient relationships and trust
- Coordinate scheduling for major cases (implants, Invisalign, etc.)
- Create and manage Instagram & Facebook content
- Capture before/after photos and in-office content
- Plan and schedule weekly posts (Reels, stories, posts)
